Budget Heads

 User selects this module to add budget heads for work proposals. These budget heads list gets affected in Budget Head selection in Work Planning Module.

Below steps needs to follow to Add Budget Heads

1.       After Login click on “Admin” >Select Budget Heads > below screen will display.

2.       Enter the “Budget Name”>Enter “Description” >Select “Client Department” >Select “Category”>Enter “State Fund”>Enter “Central Fund”>Enter “Other Fund”> Click on > Details will be saved under “BUDGET HEADS LIST”

3.       To Edit/Update saved details >click on  > After Modifications > click on  > Modified details will be updated.

4.       For deleting>click on  > selected details will be deleted successfully.

5.       To clear the selected details or entered details > click on .

6.       To check entire history of user > click on  > Respective user information will display
