Activities

 User selects this module to add Activities for Work Sub Types. These selected Activities list gets affected in Estimates Work Planning.

Below steps needs to follow to add Work Activities

1.       After Login click on “Configuration” >Select Work Activities > below screen will display.

2.       Click on  > below screen will display

3.       Enter Activity Name > Select Wing/Section > enter Description

4.       Select respective department > select wing/section based on selected department > Select Circle /District > select Chapter Code> list will be displayed under ‘UNMAPPED SCHEDULE G ITEMS”

5.       To map that select with the help of > Once check box selects click on > Selected details will display under “MAPPED SCHEDULE G ITEMS”>  click on  > Selected information will be successfully

6.       To Edit/Update saved details >click on  > After Modifications completes > click on  > Modified details will be updated

7.       To delete > click on  >Selected information will be deleted.

8.       To clear entered details > click on.

9.       To check entire view of history updations > click on  > Detailed information will display.
